• Paul Lessard | Senior Pastor

  Prior to serving Castle Oaks as Senior Pastor, Paul was a university administrator. His background includes serving as a bible college president and instructor for 15 years. He has also served as a worship pastor for churches in Canada, Colorado and Texas. Paul and his wife Rebecca have two children - a daughter, married and living in Canada, and a son, who is a university student in Denver. Paul enjoys music, fishing and hiking. 

   

   

   

   

   

   

• Todd Slechta | Worship Pastor

  Todd Slechta is an ordained pastor, teacher, story-teller, husband and father. He has a love for Old Testament and enjoys relating the story of God at work in peoples' lives; a real God with real people in real time. He recently moved to Castle Rock, CO with his wife, Sheryl, and their two daughters, Kyssa and Teryn where he will pursue graduate studies in the field of non-profit management with focus in international development. He recently served as the Executive Director of Covenant Bible College both in Canada and Ecuador where he developed a passion and love for Latin America. Currently he is serving as Associate Pastor at Castle Oaks Covenant Church, leading worship. He enjoys being "dad," hiking, camping, sailing, soccer, jazz music, good coffee, Labrador retrievers and Monty Python.

• Nathan Hartz | Youth Pastor

  Nathan Hartz is a California native with an extensive history of youth ministry. Nathan and his wife Susanna served with Campus Crusade for Christ's high school ministry called Student Venture. He is the father of three children and reside in Castle Rock. Nathan's real heart is to reach students with the love of Christ and watch their lives be transformed. Nathan also enjoys coaching Cross Country and Track and Field at the local high school.

     

   

   

   

   

   

• Kimberly Spead | Communications Director

  Kimberly Spead received her degree in fine art with a minor in public relations from Westminster College. She has taught art in the states as well as abroad and continues to look for creative outlets! She heads up the communication end of things and assists the staff with ministries in the church. She enjoys traveling and hiking with her husband and daughter.

   

    

   

   

   

   

• Cindy Veith | Office Manager

  Cindy, a native of Colorado, is an avid Broncos fan. Her husband Rick, from the Chicago area, is an avid Bears fan. Their two sons are proudly serving in the US Army. Cindy was raised in the Covenant Church, beginning at Leyden in the early ‘60’s, 1st Covenant where she was confirmed and married and then on to Centennial Covenant. When Centennial planted Castle Oaks, her family went to be a part of this exciting opportunity to serve their Lord and His new church in Castle Rock. Cindy enjoys working as the Office Manager and getting to know the people of Castle Oaks. She’s always ready for visitors, so stop in, say hi and have a cup.
