  • paulPrior to serving Castle Oaks as Senior Pastor, Paul was a university administrator. His background includes serving as a bible college president and instructor for 15 years. He has also served as a worship pastor for churches in Canada, Colorado and Texas. Paul and his wife Rebecca have two children - a daughter, married and living in Canada, and a son, who is a university student in Denver. Paul enjoys music, fishing and hiking. 

     

     

     

     

     

     

  • RobinRobin Schween is a Colorado native who recently moved back into the area after living the previous eight years in Seattle, Washington. Robin has been leading worship in various Covenant churches in either a full-time or part-time capacity since 2004. Aside from running the Castle Oaks worship ministry, Robin works as an Associate Appraiser for National Valuation Consultants.  Robin is passionate about finding new ways to use various forms of music and visual arts to minister and reach-out to the unsaved and younger generations while consistently integrating the traditional foundations of our faith. Outside of work, Robin enjoys spending time with his family - Heidi (wife), Tyson, Jersey and Tessa - playing soccer, tennis and golf, hiking, biking and camping or basically anything outdoors. As a true Seattlite, you'll also never find him passing on a good cup of coffee.

     

     

     

  • Kimberly Spead received her degree in media and fine arts with a minor in public relations from Westminster College. She has taught art in the states as well as abroad and continues to look for inspiring outlets! She heads up the creative end of things and oversees marketing and advertising for Castle Oaks.  Kim moved from the east coast, trading the ocean for the mountains. She enjoys traveling with her husband and daughters, drinking a great cup of tea and finding new places to hike.

     

      

     

     

     

     

  • NateNathan Hartz has been involved in youth ministry for 14 years. He and his
 wife Susanna served with Campus Crusade for Christ's high school
 ministry called Student Venture. He is the father of three children
. They reside in Castle Rock where Nathan Coaches Cross Country and Track and 
Field. Nathan enjoys exploring 4wd roads

  • Debbie has served in Children's Ministry in various ways over the years. She also brings many years of professional administrative, customer service, and project coordination experience.  As our Director of Children's Ministry, the Lord has given her a desire to serve children and families, and a strong sense of the sacred privilege and opportunity we have in teaching and leading our children toward following Jesus. Debbie and her husband, Scott, live in Castle Rock with their three children. They love the Colorado mountains, watching their children play sports and dance, and sharing their home with friends. 

     

     

      

     

     

     

  • cindyCindy was raised in the Covenant Church (Leyden, 1st Covenant Denver and Centennial) and was part of the original church planting of Castle Oaks. She ran the financial side of their family business for 16 years and is happy serving as the office administrator now at Castle Oaks.  She and her husband are the proud parents of 2 grown sons, both serving in the US Army and are now proud grandparents as well.

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

  • Brad has been involved in pastoral ministry since 1985; serving in such roles as youth pastor, senior pastor, church planter, and interim pastor. Prior to coming to Castle Oaks, Brad and his wife Kelly planted a Covenant church in Springfield, MO. Brad is currently bi-vocational- leading the outreach ministry at Castle Oaks as well as teaching mathematics at Manuel High School in Denver.

    Brad loves people, “I want to take people at whatever heart-state they are at and move them one step closer to Jesus.”

     

     

     


  • Trenton Butler is a Maryland native, and is now serving as the young adults ministry director at Castle Oaks, known as 30 Below. He has a bachelor’s degree in religion and a master’s of divinity from Liberty University. He and his wife Michelle moved to Colorado from the East Coast and are excited to see what God has in store for the 30 Below in the time to come. He enjoys playing sports, especially softball, and spending time outdoors.
  • Debbie Woznick is originally from the Denver area and is thrilled to have moved back "home" after living in the states of Wyoming, Kansas, and the foreign country of Southern Louisiana.  She has served throughout the years in various church and ministry positions, mainly in the area of women's ministries.  Debbie previously served as the Adult Ministries Coordinator at the church they attended in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She and her husband Tommy have been married 35 years, have four wonderful children and a wonderful daughter-in-law. They are proud grandparents to their newly adopted granddaughter, Lilah Marie. Deb loves reading, traveling and enjoying a good cup of coffee with a friend.
