Our staff team is pictured here, and they’re all pretty great, but it’s important to acknowledge that all that is accomplished can only be so with the many volunteers who serve Castle Oaks, its congregation and community, in endless ways!
Dianna McKeever // Children’s Ministry
Dianna’s heart for children and families is evident in all that she does. She holds a degree in Child Development, and her previous church experience includes co-leading children and youth ministry. She and her husband, Chris, have three boys. They reside in Castle Rock, with lots of friends and family nearby … but spend most of their off time at the soccer field!

Josh Parmiter // Worship
Josh is passionate about sharing the truth of the gospel through music and art. Josh is originally from Newfoundland, Canada, and has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Theology from Tyndale University College and Seminary in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Josh and his wife, Amy, live in Castle Rock and love exploring Colorado with their two dogs. They also enjoy hanging out with friends and going to music and sporting events.

Crissie Talley // Nursery
Crissie brings a passion for caring for little ones to her service with Castle Oaks. She mobilizes and trains nursery volunteers to teach and engage our youngest children about Jesus every week. She and her husband, Don, have been members of Castle Oaks since 2012 and are parents to two daughters - 1 in high school, 1 in college. Crissie also helps lead Student Ministries and our Middle School Youth Group.

Don Talley // Student Ministries
Don is a gifted teacher and leader, having served with YFC (Youth for Christ) for over 20 years. He brings both vast experience and a heart deeply devoted to Jesus and sharing him with students. He especially enjoys creating opportunities for kids to bring friends and creating space where ALL are welcome. Don & Crissie live in Castle Rock with their two daughters - 1 in high school, 1 in college.

Debbie Vair // Connections & Operations
Debbie brings both private sector and ministry leadership experience as she coordinates communications, Women’s Ministry, oversees our facility, and seeks to help members and friends of Castle Oaks find ways connect and grow together. Debbie and her husband, Scott, live in Elizabeth with their 4 children. They love the Colorado mountains, watching their children play sports and dance, and sharing their home with friends.

Phil Vaughan // Lead Follower
In his 25+ years of ministry, Phil has served in Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Colorado in various capacities. Phil brings gifts of teaching and sharing God’s word that offer humility and grace, and express his personal longing to follow Jesus more closely and lead others to Him. In their spare time, Phil and his wife, Donna, love to hike, bike, ski and enjoy the beautiful Colorado outdoors together. They both share a blog of stories and teaching on what they are learning through scripture and in relationship with God: www.lifebeginswithdeath.org.

Cindy Veith // Office Administrator
Cindy was raised in the Covenant Church (Leyden, 1st Covenant Denver, and Centennial) and was part of the original church planting of Castle Oaks. She ran the financial side of their family business for 16 years and is happy serving as the office administrator now at Castle Oaks. She and her husband are the proud parents of two grown sons, both US Army veterans, and are proud grandparents as well.

Leadership
Our Leadership Team represents the congregation and supports the staff. They oversee the business and mission aspects of the church. Each team member serves for a three-year term and is elected by the congregation. Leadership holds business meetings once a month.
