Dianna McKeever // Executive Director of Ministries and Operations
Dianna and her family have called Castle Oaks Church home since January 2014. Dianna has a passion to see others deepen their relationship and trust in God while living their everyday lives. With a strong sense of discernment, she is always looking to see how God is at work in all things, restoring and bringing people and situations to a place of newness and hope in Him. Dianna brings with her a wealth of experience in administrative oversight, ministry development, as well as team development. Dianna has been on staff at Castle Oaks since April 2015. She holds a degree in Child Development, and her previous church experience includes Children’s Director and Co-Youth Director.
She and her husband, Chris have three boys and live in Castle Rock.

Open // Interim Worship & Media Director
Castle Oaks Covenant Church is seeking an Interim Worship & Media Director to provide spiritual, creative, and technical leadership for our worship, production, and digital media ministries. This individual will play a vital role in helping create meaningful worship experiences that lead people to encounter Jesus. The ideal candidate will bring both pastoral sensitivity and practical leadership in worship, production, and digital media.

Jennah Kearney // Childrens and Communications Ministries Director
Jennah is a Colorado Native, born and raised in Sedalia, Colorado. Growing up, her home church was Southeast Christian up until she left for college. She accepted a full ride volleyball scholarship to play at New Mexico State University where she received a degree in Family and Child Science. She has a heart for people and their stories, a strong work ethic and an optimistic spirit.
Jennah and her husband, Jay, reside in Castle Rock and have two little ones, Brooklyn and Callum. They love coffee shops, being active, thrifting, and going on family walks.

Mikaila Grafft // Nursery Coordinator
Mikaila was born and raised in Colorado before spending time in Texas, North Dakota, Mexico and The Netherlands. She grew up attending Cherry Hills Church from its very beginning and has been a part of Castle Oaks for the past six years. She resides in Castle Rock with her husband, Dean (also a Colorado native), and they have four children—Halli (18), Zella (13), Steele (12), and Titus (10). She balances her church life and family life while running a business alongside her mom, Sue, who lives right next door. With the support of her family, Mikaila enjoys managing her church work, personal business and cherishing the moments spent watching her children pursue their passions in acting and sports. She has a deep love for people and finds joy in building meaningful relationships, encouraging others, and walking alongside them in their spiritual journey.

Josh Bleeker // Accounts Receivables Director
For over twenty years, Josh and his wife, Eva, prayed that the Lord would move them to Colorado. It has always felt like home, and in 2019, it became so. Born in South Dakota and raised in Kansas, Josh married Eva in 1999 and they moved to Texas to attend seminary. After they both graduated, they served in professional and laity ministry until 2014 when they moved to the D.C. area. Eva completed more schooling and worked as a hospital chaplain, while Josh served as the dean of the seminary's extension campus. Moving back west to live in Castle Rock was a dream come true! Both Josh and Eva believe their life's calling is to make Scripture come alive in minds and hearts so that people encounter the risen Savior. They love creation and critters--they'd fill their house with rescue dogs (especially pit bulls) if they had the space.

Roger McKnight // Church Secretary and Connections Assistant
Roger and his wife, Melissa, have lived in Castle Rock for 15 years. They have two children in their twenties. Roger worked as a high school teacher for over 25 years and has had various volunteer positions at churches in student ministries, men’s ministry, and worship team. He loves movies, puzzle games, and music.

Kimberly Fort // Accounts Payables Director
Kim is a Colorado native, living in Douglas County until about three years ago when she and her husband Aaron moved to Elizabeth, CO. They enjoy spending time with their extend family that also remains in the area. They have two adult daughters, Noraa and Nathan live in Sioux Falls SD and have their first grandson Hudson. Anne and Nolend live in Castle Rock. Kim graduated from CCU with a degree in education, but has spent the last thirteen years working with Aaron in their small accounting firm. Above all she has a heart for helping people.

Jim Fuller // Facilities Director
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Jim has built a reputation as a specialist in home building. Originally from Larkspur, Colorado, he played an integral role in his family’s custom home building business. Jim is widely recognized for his dedication to helping others.
He and his wife, Christi, make their home in Castle Rock, where they enjoy spending their free time on the baseball field, as well as fishing and camping whenever possible.

Leadership
Our Leadership Team represents the congregation and supports the staff. They oversee the business and mission aspects of the church. Each team member serves for a three-year term and is elected by the congregation. Leadership holds business meetings once a month.
